When you think of fierce conversations, think of passion, integrity, authenticity, collaboration, and leadership.

Whether it's transforming a company into a great place to work, improving customer service, enhancing cross-boundary cooperation, developing current and emerging leaders, or simply igniting intelligent, productive dialog—success occurs one conversation at a time.

That's why Fierce Conversations are a way of conducting business, an attitude, and a way of life.

Best-selling author and visionary leadership development trainer, Susan Scott, has engaged top executives, colleagues, and college and high school students in vibrant dialogue for three decades. A recognized thought leader in the business community, Susan is committed to large-scale and individual transformation through the principles set forth in her book and her company's customized corporate training programs.

Her diverse and growing client list underscores a basic truth: Business is fundamentally an extended conversation—with colleagues, customers, partners and the unknown future emerging around us.

For thirteen years, Susan Scott ran think tanks for CEOs through the auspices of TEC Worldwide, an organization dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs. During her tenure with TEC, Susan engaged in over 12,000 hours of one-to-one conversations with CEOs. She designed and delivered training to peers working with CEOs in 18 countries. Prior to TEC, Susan was Vice President of The Pace Network, a search firm in Seattle, working with clients such as Microsoft and Washington Mutual.

In 2002, Fierce Conversations - Achieving Success at Work and In Life, One Conversation at a Time, was published in four countries and, shortly thereafter, was listed on the Wall Street Journal and UPI best seller lists, and was one of USA Today's top 40 business books of 2002.
